TERMS OF USE
These terms govern your use of the NOCCA Connect mobile app. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance
The NOCCA Connect app (the “App”) is provided by NOCCA International s.r.o., Company ID 56 204 094, Bratislava, Slovakia (“NOCCA”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App
The App lets you connect to a compatible NOCCA device over Bluetooth to manage settings, presets, and status, view usage history, and receive firmware updates. The App is a companion to hardware purchased separately; purchase and product terms are governed by the documentation provided with your device.
Your account
You sign in using Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or our systems

Do not use the App to harm others or to circumvent safety features of your device
Firmware updates
The App may deliver firmware updates to your device. Updates are intended to improve performance, reliability, and safety. Keep the App open and your device nearby during an update, and do not power the device off until the update completes. Interrupting an update may affect device operation.
Device safety
Always operate your NOCCA device in accordance with the instructions and safety guidance provided with the product. The App is a control and monitoring tool and does not replace those instructions.
Availability
We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features require an internet connection and a compatible device.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
